Cyber Monday Fashion

If you are asking, "When should I buy that beautiful handbag I saw today at Nordstrom?".  Let me to be the first to say, "what, are you crazy?".  Do you realize what day it is today?  If not, take a look at your calendar.  It is so close to black Friday and Cyber Monday it is not even funny.  I get the fact that you may be an impatient person.  However, I do not get the fact that you can not wait to find out which items will be steeply discounted during the holiday sales season.  In fairness, I am not sure if Nordstrom will have any special sales promotions on handbags.  However, it may still be a good idea to wait, so that you can find out.
 
You may want to preview some of the sales events by browsing the Black Friday and Cyber Monday websites.  Some of them are already showing some of the circulars for this year.  Their is a new cyber Monday fashion site from Apparel Search which can help you find other holiday sales websites.  The site does not yet have this years actual deals posted, but you can use the cyber Monday fashion site to locate other sites that do.
 
Actually, if you are concerned that the item you want will sellout, it may be a good idea to buy now.  It is NOT always beneficial to wait to see what goes on sale.

What is size XO fashion ? OK, it is possible you have never heard of size XO.  It is also possible that size XO does not exist or never has existed.  Well, the fact of the matter is that I am fairly sure size XO does exist.  I was on facebook last night and on the Fashion Bug page someone was asking why Fashion Bug charged more for size XO then they did for size XL.  The lady writting the post mentioned she measured them and they appeared to be the same.  Anyway, I tried to research the size and did not find much at all.  It is my understanding (possibly and incorrect understanding) that size XO clothing was created for larger size women in the same manner that size zero was created for smaller size women.  It is very possibly simply a "vanity" size. They say that fashion goes in cycles.  What is in fashion this year will be out of fashion next year. However, clothing that may have been in style ten years ago, can potentially be next season smashing trend.  Due to the the cyclical nature of the apparel industry it is important for designers as well as consumers to monitor past styles as well as currently trending designs.  One way to do this would be to occasionally view old fashion articles in magazines, newspapers, websites, and obviously on blogs such as this one.
