Done holiday shopping?

Are you done with your holiday shopping? I am not, but getting close. Thus year I think that I made a few shopping errors. I bought a fee items only strictly out of convenience (lazy). I later realized I could have saved a nice amount of money if I went to the store. Yeah, I paid shipping charges. Oh well, what is done is done..
